The wait time for the courtesy van one day was slightly longer than expected.

I found the breakfast plentiful. it had great buffet choices as well as a made-to-order menu. the food was of good quality. the spa area is a must with treatments available. the rooms are large. There is a separate bath and shower and lovely toiletries were provided.
the wi-fi on the tv did not work, so i couldn't cast anything from my phone to it.

The hotel grounds are lovely. i enjoyed many relaxing walks there. the rooms have a very nice design, are well equipped, and clean. The spa offers an very nice experience, and the swimming pool has both indoor and outdoor sections, each wonderfully warm!
The bar opening hours were a little inconvenient as they did not open until 6 pm. This made planning our evenings a bit tricky.

The grounds were expansive with trails perfect for a morning stroll. The spa facilities were immaculate. I found the outdoor heated pool accessible directly from the indoor pool. The range of spa treatments available was excellent, providing relaxation after a day outdoors.
I noticed that car parking was not as close to the hotel entrance as I would have preferred, so walking was necessary.

i had some issues . the service in the lobby bar was not great. we ordered coffees and scones, the coffees arrived quickly. the scones took half an hour.. by then our coffees were finished. it wasn't a terrible stay but i expected more.

this hotel is totally fabulous i stayed here for three nights i had a king room it was so spacious and clean the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection every morning they have everything from pastries to hot dishes i especially loved the pancakes the staff are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to help you.
the shuttle bus stop from the car park to the hotel was not clearly marked upon arrival i had to walk quite a distance with my luggage before finding it clearer signage would be helpful and save guests from unnecessary hassle.

the breakfast service featured an excellent selection even during peak hours a restaurant manager demonstrated really good skills and provided excellent tea service ensuring a good dining experience i was impressed by the variety and quality.
